Stallion Names David C. Mannon Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors

(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Stallion Oilfield Holdings, Inc. (“Stallion” or the “Company”), announced today that its Board of Directors has named David C. Mannon as the Company’s next President and Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors effective immediately. Mannon, 57, joins Stallion with more than 30 years of experience in the oilfield industry.

Mannon previously served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Parker Drilling Company, a global land and marine energy service company providing high-performance contract drilling solutions, rental tools and project management services to the energy industry, as well as Chief Executive Officer and President of Triton Engineering Services Company (a subsidiary of Noble Corporation), a global turnkey and project management company serving both land and offshore areas. He also held management positions at SEDCO-FOREX, a global offshore drilling contractor now a part of Transocean.

Mannon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston. He is currently a member of the International Association of Drilling Contractors and Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mannon is an executive board member of Southern Methodist University’s Lyle College of Engineering. He also serves on the boards of two privately-held companies, IronGate Energy Services, LLC, an international oilfield rental tool company, and Earl Energy Co., a provider of power equipment for energy, military and other uses.
