Teamily AI Reports 32× Quarterly User Growth, Positive Gross Margins, and Strong Global Adoption of Human–Agent Collaboration

PALO ALTO, Calif. - Tuesday, 03. November 2026 AETOSWire

The AI-native collaboration platform reaches 320,000 users across 100+ countries, validates product-led growth and monetization, and prepares to expand its global AI agent ecosystem.

(BUSINESS WIRE) -- Teamily AI, a human–agent collaboration platform that enables people and AI agents to work together in a unified, context-aware workspace, today announced significant growth and commercial milestones following a quarter of rapid global expansion. The company grew from 10,000 to 320,000 sign-ups in a single quarter, a 32× increase that works out to a compound monthly growth rate of 217.5%, just three months after its public launch in July 2026. With positive gross margins on paying users, and growing adoption among professional teams and businesses, Teamily AI establishes a foundation for scalable product-led growth (PLG).

32× Global Growth in One Quarter

Teamily AI grew from 10,000 to 320,000 registered users across more than 100 countries in one quarter, representing 32× growth and a 217.5% compound monthly growth rate.

According to publicly available Similarweb traffic, Teamily AI has surpassed the website traffic of several emerging AI agent platforms, including Town.com, Viktor.com, today.ai, and cue.im, companies that have reportedly raised $100 million to $400 million at billion-dollar valuations.

The company has observed consistent paid conversion across global markets, with the United States leading, followed by Europe and Chinese-speaking markets, and additional paying customers across South Asia, Africa, and Southeast Asia. This broad geographic adoption provides early validation of the global demand for AI-native collaboration and productivity.

Strong Monetization and Organic Team Adoption

Teamily AI has attracted several thousand paying customers and 20,000 daily active users. More than 10,000 company teams have connected coworkers on the platform, averaging six agent tasks per group per day, while users create more than 300 group-level agent automation loops daily.

Based on customer usage and payment behavior, Teamily has identified two major categories with strong product-market fit:

AI-powered collaboration: Group chat analysis, deep research, collaborative documents, meeting summaries, and multimodal file processing.

AI-powered creation: Website development, slides, image and video generation, and professional content creation.

These findings reinforce Teamily's focus on prosumers, teams, and small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), supported by a product-led growth strategy.

The company's PLG funnel is also generating inbound enterprise opportunities. Teamily plans to expand its account executive and sales partner channels while offering enterprise customers private models, secure data integration, and hybrid workflows combining local agents with cloud-based frontier models.

Proprietary AI Infrastructure Enables Positive Unit Economics

Teamily AI has processed more than 100 million messages, approximately 35% generated by AI agents, creating a growing foundation of interaction data for improving model performance, inference efficiency, and cost optimization.

Unlike platforms that rely primarily on third-party model APIs, Teamily develops its own large language models and self-hosted inference infrastructure. Its optimized serving system has achieved 30% higher throughput than publicly reported vLLM/SGLang benchmarks, while maintaining positive gross margins on paying users.

Together, proprietary models, efficient infrastructure, and growing human–agent interaction data establish a self-reinforcing advantage in product quality and unit economics.

Expanding Monetization Beyond Subscriptions

Building on its subscription business, Teamily is exploring additional revenue models, including advertising, enterprise services, and agent-powered service distribution.

The company sees significant opportunities to connect users with relevant merchants and professional service providers through context-aware AI agents, potentially generating referral and transaction-based revenue.

Business services represent a particularly promising market, as AI agents could help companies discover, evaluate, and access specialized services more efficiently.

Looking Ahead: Building the Agentic Internet Ecosystem

With its global growth model and initial monetization strategy validated, Teamily AI is preparing to expand its ecosystem in the next phase of development.

The company's plans to release Teamily AI 3.0, a new version focusing on ecosystem strategy that includes wallet and merchant integrations, Studio plugins for high-value content creation, AI-native cloud storage connecting fragmented data sources, Mini Apps that turn third-party agentic applications into accessible AI agents, deeper app connectors, and expanded Channels that bring agents into external products.

Teamily also plans to strengthen partnerships with AI model developers, infrastructure providers, and data services, aiming to become a day-zero integration and distribution partner for emerging AI technologies.

"Our vision is to build the central platform of the next-generation Agentic Internet, where services and work are delivered by AI agents rather than confined to traditional applications," said Aiden Chaoyang He, Co-Founder and CEO of Teamily AI. "Just as Google transformed access to information in the web era, we believe AI agents will transform access to intelligence and services. Every user intent should be connected to the right people, agents, and services, with the right context and intelligence."

With strong initial commercial validation and a rapidly growing global user base, Teamily AI is preparing to accelerate growth in November while opening its platform to a broader ecosystem of businesses, vertical agent developers, and AI service providers.

Organigram to Acquire Aurora and Establish a Global Cannabis Leader

TORONTO & EDMONTON, Alberta - Tuesday, 03. November 2026 AETOSWire

(BUSINESS WIRE)--Organigram Global Inc. (NASDAQ: OGI) (TSX: OGI) (“Organigram”) and Aurora Cannabis Inc. (NASDAQ: ACB) (TSX: ACB) (“Aurora”) today announced that they have entered into an arrangement agreement (the “Arrangement Agreement”) pursuant to which Organigram will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares (the “Aurora Shares”) of Aurora at a price of C$7.80 per Aurora Common Share (the “Transaction”).

The Transaction values Aurora at approximately C$561 million on a fully diluted equity value basis. The consideration represents a 93% premium to the unaffected closing share price of Aurora Shares on the TSX as of August 10, 2026, the last full trading day of Aurora prior to the announcement by Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. (“Curaleaf”) of its intention to launch a hostile takeover bid for Aurora (the “Unaffected Price”), and a 21% premium relative to the current bid value of the Curaleaf hostile offer3 (the “Hostile Bid”) as most recently amended on October 6, 2026, which was unanimously rejected by Aurora’s Board of Directors.

The Transaction provides Aurora shareholders with compelling immediate value, meaningful choice in how they receive their consideration, and the opportunity for continued participation in the future growth and value creation of the combined company.

Together, Organigram and Aurora will create a global cannabis champion with a leadership position in Canada, Europe and Australia and a growing presence across other key regions. The two Canadian-headquartered cannabis companies will boast a global platform with greater scale, broader capabilities, financial strength and international reach. Organigram’s recreational cannabis leadership, production network, R&D platform and European medical commercial operations complement Aurora’s global medical cannabis leadership, established international presence, and EU-GMP certified manufacturing capabilities. The combined company will also benefit from the support of Organigram’s cornerstone strategic shareholder, BT DE Investments Inc., a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of British American Tobacco (“BAT”), a global consumer goods company with demonstrable innovation, marketing and product development capabilities around the world.

“This Transaction is a defining step in Organigram’s strategy to build a disciplined, global cannabis leader,” said James Yamanaka, CEO of Organigram. “By bringing together Aurora’s established global medical cannabis platform with our Canadian operations and growing international footprint, we are creating a larger, stronger, and more diversified company. We are excited to build on our complementary operations, expertise, capital resources, and cultures to accelerate growth, meet the growing global demand, and drive long-term profitable growth.”

“Combining with Organigram will accelerate Aurora’s international growth strategy by strengthening commercial execution, expanding our product and R&D capabilities, and extending our global operating network,” said Miguel Martin, Executive Chairman and CEO of Aurora. “For Aurora’s shareholders, the Transaction is the result of a robust strategic review process and delivers compelling value today, meaningful choice in how they receive it and the opportunity to participate in the future of a leading cannabis company.”

Compelling Strategic and Financial Rationale

Brings together highly complementary operations: Shareholders to benefit from a stronger platform resulting from the combination of Aurora’s EU-GMP certified manufacturing capacity and pharmacy and patient access network across Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and Organigram’s leading Canadian recreational brands and newly integrated Sanity Group’s European footprint.

Synergies: In excess of C$50 million in identified synergies from cross-selling across Organigram’s and Aurora’s Canadian and international footprints, procurement scale, consolidated distribution, public company expenses, and routing international demand to the lowest-cost production asset across the combined network.

Expands presence across world’s largest nationally regulated markets: Organigram shareholders to participate alongside Aurora shareholders in a company with greater scale, enhanced supply chain certainty and diversification. The company will have an enhanced presence across nationally legal cannabis markets, with established regulatory frameworks, licenses and infrastructure.

Accelerates product innovation and growth opportunities: The combined company’s scale and cross-border infrastructure create a platform for shared innovation and brand building, bolstered by Organigram’s strategic shareholder, BAT, which brings demonstrated expertise across R&D, innovative product development, and global supply chain management.

Preserves balance sheet strength: The cash component of the Consideration is fully financed and expected to be financed through cash on hand, a concurrent investment by BAT and an increase in Organigram’s existing credit facility, preserving Organigram and Aurora’s disciplined, balanced approach between efficient capital allocation and driving sustained profitable growth. The financing structure is designed to preserve balance sheet flexibility and support continued investment in the combined company’s growth priorities.

Enhanced liquidity and capital markets profile: The acquisition will result in a larger market capitalization and increased free float. Index eligibility is expected to broaden the institutional shareholder base and support improved trading liquidity and research coverage. Greater scale, certified international supply and a diversified revenue base will make the combined entity the clear strategic counterparty in the sector for global CPG and pharmaceutical partners.

Provides choice for Aurora shareholders: The Transaction provides Aurora shareholders with flexibility in how they receive the premium in exchange for their Aurora Shares. Aurora shareholders can choose between an attractive mix of cash or Organigram Shares, or a combination of both.

Creates meaningful equity participation for Aurora shareholders: Aurora shareholders are expected to hold approximately 35% pro forma economic ownership of the combined company on a fully diluted basis and 42% voting ownership, ensuring a meaningful opportunity to participate in the combined company’s future growth and value creation.

Transaction Details

Under the terms of the Arrangement Agreement, Aurora shareholders will have the option to elect to receive:

C$7.80 per Aurora Share in cash (the “Cash Consideration”);

5.8626 common shares in the capital of Organigram (the “Organigram Shares”) per Aurora Share (the “Share Consideration”); or

a combined consideration of C$3.75 in cash plus 3.0431 Organigram Shares (the “Combined Consideration”), in each case per Aurora Common Share (collectively, the “Consideration”).

Aurora shareholders electing to receive the Cash Consideration or the Share Consideration will be subject to proration as set out in the Arrangement Agreement so that the aggregate consideration will include no more than 205,826,172 Organigram Shares and no more than C$253,638,772 in cash. Based on the 20-day volume-weighted average trading price of Organigram Shares on the TSX of approximately C$1.33 on November 2, 2026, the Consideration represents C$7.80 per Aurora Common Share.

The Transaction will be carried out by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) and is subject to the following approvals:

At least two-thirds of the votes cast by Aurora shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at a special meeting of Aurora shareholders (the “Aurora Meeting”); and

A simple majority of the votes cast by Aurora shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the Aurora Meeting, excluding votes from certain shareholders, as required under Multilateral Instrument 61-101 - Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions (“MI 61-101”).

The issuance of Organigram Shares pursuant to the Transaction and Private Placement (defined below) is subject to the approval by a simple majority of votes cast by Organigram shareholders at a special meeting of Organigram shareholders, excluding votes held by BAT, as required under MI 61-101 and the rules of the TSX.

Details of the Transaction and the required shareholder votes will be included in a joint information circular that Organigram and Aurora expect to mail to their respective shareholders in due course. The special meetings for Organigram shareholders and Aurora shareholders are expected to be held in December 2026.

BAT, which is entitled to cast 30% of the votes attaching to Organigram Shares, has entered into an irrevocable voting agreement agreeing to vote its Organigram Shares in favour of the Transaction and against any competing acquisition proposals. The voting agreement with BAT will not be terminable until six months following termination of the Arrangement Agreement in certain circumstances. In addition, each of the other directors and officers of each of Aurora and Organigram have entered into customary voting agreements agreeing to vote their Aurora Shares or Organigram Shares in favour of the Transaction. The voting and support agreements with directors and officers will terminate automatically upon termination of the Arrangement Agreement.

In addition to the shareholder approvals, the Transaction will be subject to regulatory approvals, as well as the approval of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Subject to the satisfaction of such conditions, the Transaction is expected to be completed in January 2027.

The Transaction would be structured to provide a tax-deferred rollover to eligible Canadian-resident Aurora shareholders who receive Organigram Shares, subject to applicable law and advice from their own tax advisors.

BAT Concurrent Private Placement / Financing

In connection with financing the Transaction and concurrently with the closing of the Transaction, BAT will acquire, on a private placement basis (the “Private Placement”), 141.0 million Organigram Shares at a price of C$1.33 per share for gross proceeds of £0.70926 (or C$1.33 based on the GBP/CAD exchange rate on November 2, 2026) million for total gross proceeds of £100,000,000 (or C$187.5 million based on the GBP/CAD exchange rate on November 2, 2026) (the “Private Placement Proceeds”) pursuant to the terms of a subscription agreement dated November 2, 2026 (the “Subscription Agreement”). To the extent BAT’s ownership of Organigram Shares in Organigram exceeds 30.0% of the total issued and outstanding Organigram Shares on a post-issuance basis (the “30% Threshold”), BAT would, in lieu of Organigram Shares, be issued non-voting Class A convertible preferred shares of Organigram (the “Preferred Shares”). The Private Placement Proceeds will be used to finance the cash portion of the Consideration and certain related transaction expenses of Organigram. The Preferred Shares are eligible for conversion into Organigram Shares in accordance with their terms, provided that such conversion would not result in ownership by BAT or its affiliates, associates, related parties and any joint actors exceeding 30.0% of the total issued and outstanding Organigram Shares on a post-conversion basis.

ATB Financial Senior Secured Credit Facilities

ATB Financial ("ATB") has provided a fully committed and underwritten commitment for senior secured credit facilities of up to $210 million (the "Loan Facilities"). The Loan Facilities will be established by amending and restating Organigram's existing $70 million senior secured credit agreement with ATB. ATB alone is providing the full commitment, as lead arranger and sole bookrunner. ATB's commitment is not conditional on syndication. ATB may syndicate a portion of the Loan Facilities to other lenders, who may become party to the credit agreement from time to time. ATB will also act as administrative agent for the Loan Facilities.

The Loan Facilities include:

A $10 million senior secured revolving operating credit facility, provided by ATB;

A $65 million senior secured revolving credit facility (the "Revolving Facility"), provided initially by ATB and, after any syndication, by such other lenders as may become party to the credit agreement from time to time. Up to $35 million of the Revolving Facility may, subject to certain conditions, be used to partially finance the acquisition of Aurora; and

A $135 million senior secured non-revolving term credit facility (the "Term Facility"), provided initially by ATB and, after any syndication, by such other lenders as may become party to the credit agreement from time to time. The Term Facility has two tranches:

"Term Tranche 1", in the amount of $20 million, which was drawn in full to finance the acquisition of Sanity Group and remains outstanding; and

"Term Tranche 2", in the amount of $115 million, which will be available on the Closing Date to partially finance the acquisition of Aurora.

The amended and restated Loan Facilities will be available on the Closing Date. Availability is subject only to a limited set of conditions precedent, customary for acquisition financings on a "certain funds" basis. These include completion of the acquisition substantially at the same time as funding, receipt of the final order approving the arrangement, receipt of the committed equity proceeds, and the accuracy of certain specified representations. The Loan Facilities will mature three years after closing and bear interest at ATB's applicable benchmark rates plus an applicable margin based on the ratio of net funded debt to EBITDA. The Loan Facilities will be subject to customary financial covenants, including a maximum net funded debt to EBITDA ratio and a fixed charge coverage ratio.

Superior Alternative for Aurora Shareholders to the Hostile Bid

The Transaction emerged from a robust strategic review process conducted by Aurora, under the oversight of a committee of independent directors (the “Aurora Special Committee”), advised by independent legal and financial advisors. The review process involved an extensive market check, including outreach to multiple parties, in connection with the unanimous rejection of the Hostile Bid, as detailed in the Notice of Change to Aurora’s Directors’ Circular dated October 14, 2026. The Aurora Special Committee and the Board of Directors of Aurora (the “Aurora Board”) believe that the Transaction is superior to the Hostile Bid and the best actionable path forward to maximize value for Aurora shareholders.

The Aurora Special Committee and the Aurora Board continue to reiterate that the Hostile Bid is not in the best interests of Aurora or its shareholders and unanimously recommend that shareholders REJECT the Hostile Bid by taking no action and DO NOT TENDER their Aurora Shares to the Hostile Bid. Aurora intends to file a second Notice of Change to its Directors’ Circular confirming the Aurora Board’s continued recommendation to reject the Hostile Bid and vote in favour of the Transaction (the “Second Notice of Change”), which will be made available on Aurora’s SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca and on EDGAR at www.sec.gov.

Aurora Shareholders who have already tendered their Aurora Shares to the Unsolicited Curaleaf Hostile Offer can withdraw their Aurora Shares by contacting their broker or Kingsdale Advisors by toll free phone call in North America to 1-800-749-9052, or call or text: 416-623-4172 or by email at contactus@kingsdaleadvisors.com.

Unanimous Board Approvals and Recommendations

The Transaction and the Private Placement were unanimously approved (with BAT’s nominees to the Board abstaining from the vote with respect to the Private Placement) by the Board of Directors of Organigram (the “Organigram Board”), after receiving a recommendation from the Investment Committee of the Organigram Board (the “Investment Committee”). The Investment Committee and the Organigram Board have unanimously determined that the Transaction and the Private Placement are in the best interests of Organigram.

In connection with Organigram’s review and consideration of the Transaction, BMO Capital Markets has provided an opinion to the Investment Committee and the Organigram Board to the effect that, as of the date of such opinion, and subject to the assumptions, limitations and qualifications to be set forth in its written opinion, the Consideration to be paid by Organigram pursuant to the Arrangement Agreement is fair, from a financial point of view, to Organigram.

The Transaction was unanimously approved by the Aurora Board, after receiving a unanimous recommendation from the Aurora Special Committee. The Special Committee and the Aurora Board determined that the Transaction is in the best interests of Aurora, and the Aurora Board is recommending that Aurora shareholders vote in favour of the Transaction.

In connection with Aurora’s review and consideration of the Transaction, Fort Capital and Origin Merchant Partners have each provided an opinion to the Aurora Special Committee and the Aurora Board to the effect that, as of the date of such opinion, and subject to the assumptions, limitations and qualifications to be set forth in its written opinion, the Consideration to be received by Aurora shareholders pursuant to the Arrangement Agreement is fair, from a financial point of view, to such shareholders.

A copy of the Arrangement Agreement and the joint information circular with respect to the Transaction will be filed on Organigram’s and Aurora’s respective SEDAR+ profiles and will be available for viewing at www.sedarplus.ca and filed or furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on EDGAR (see www.sec.gov).

Hightouch Launches Match Booster in Europe, Raising Match Rates Without Compromising Compliance

In a five-market pilot, Match Booster beat a global media company’s existing onboarding provider in every head-to-head test, matching 15%+ more people on average and up to 90% more in a single test.

(BUSINESS WIRE) -- Hightouch, the leading agentic marketing platform, today launched Match Booster in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. Match Booster helps brands, agencies, media networks, and publishers reach more of their customers on more than 50 ad platforms, including Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, and The Trade Desk, by adding to their consented first-party data instead of replacing it.

Until now, European advertisers have had two options. They could send first-party data to ad platforms alone and accept the match rates they got. Or they could hand it to a traditional onboarding provider that swaps it for a proprietary ID and drops any customer its graph can’t find, sometimes leaving audiences smaller than they started. Global companies also end up running separate US and EU workflows to meet data residency rules.

“Better match rates shouldn’t depend on where your customers live,” said Matthew Lubeck, General Manager, EMEA at Hightouch. “European companies have been told that more reach means giving up control of their data. Match Booster builds on the data they already own and govern, so they reach more of their customers, and never fewer.”

Match Booster keeps every customer an advertiser sends and adds identifiers from Hightouch’s GDPR-compliant identity graph, built with established European identity providers, as audiences sync from the warehouse to ad platforms. Teams activate US and EU audiences from one workspace, and EU audiences are enhanced in the EU using a European graph.

In the pilot, a global media company tested Match Booster on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat across five markets. Compared with its first-party data alone, Match Booster matched 10%+ more people on average and up to 35% more in a single test. Compared with its existing onboarding provider, it matched 15%+ more on average, up to 90% more in a single test, and won every comparison.

Match Booster reads data where it already lives, in the region where it’s stored, and Hightouch doesn’t store customer data at rest. Consent rules stay in the advertiser’s warehouse, and built-in tools enforce opt-outs and data subject requests automatically, removing the manual steps where errors happen.

Match Booster is available today, with more European markets to follow. Advertisers can see how many more customers they’d reach with a free match test on one audience at hightouch.com/platform/match-booster.

Thales Selected to Deliver Next-Generation Mine-Hunting Capability for the U.S. Navy

Thales’ subsidiary Advanced Acoustic Concepts (AAC) won a $53.9 million U.S. Navy contract for two Remote Mine Hunting (RMH) modules and engineering support, with options increasing the potential value to $196.2 million for additional modules.

The RMH solution enhances unmanned Mine Countermeasures (MCM) by enabling remote detection and classification and supporting rapid threat engagement, while reducing risk to sailors and platforms.

The contract reinforces Thales’ position in MCM and undersea warfare, leveraging international expertise and American innovation to rapidly deliver critical capabilities that enhance U.S. Navy operational readiness and sailor safety in contested maritime environments.

(BUSINESS WIRE) -- Thales’ subsidiary Advanced Acoustic Concepts (AAC), a U.S.-based provider of undersea warfare solutions, was awarded a $53.9 million U.S. Navy contract to produce and deliver two integrated Remote Mine Hunting (RMH) modules and accompanying engineering support. The award includes options for additional modules that could increase the total cumulative contract value to approximately $196.2 million.

The RMH solution supports the Navy's Mine Countermeasures (MCM) mission through the proven “Find, Fix and Finish” approach to defeating mine threats. The capability enables sailors to remotely detect, locate and classify undersea mines, while operating from safer stand-off distances, enhancing mission effectiveness and reducing risk in contested maritime environments.

“The ability to counter undersea mine threats remains fundamental to maritime security and naval mission success,” said Rob Geckle, CEO of Thales North America. “By advancing the Navy's MCM capabilities, this program will help strengthen fleet readiness and support mission success in an increasingly dynamic operating environment.”

To deliver this capability, the Thales RMH solution integrates advanced sonar, mission management software and remotely operated vehicle technology into a module suite designed to support the Navy's rapidly evolving mine warfare requirements.

The RMH module suite includes:

An advanced multiview towed Synthetic Aperture Sonar (SAS), providing high-resolution mine detection and imaging capabilities and reducing false target rates;

Advanced AI augmented Automatic Target Recognition (ATR) algorithms software applications that allow sailors to process, classify, map and manage mine-hunting data for rapid decision-making reducing the time to “find and fix”, while also increasing the probability of target certainty.

“This program brings together the most advanced mine warfare technologies across the Thales portfolio, with AAC's deep experience delivering integrated undersea warfare capability to the U.S. Navy,” said Mike Carnovale, President of Advanced Acoustic Concepts. “By integrating sonar, classification software and future remote neutralization capabilities into a single operational solution, we're helping simplify mine hunting operations and accelerate the path from detection to action for both manned and unmanned surface vessel platforms.”

Individual AI Productivity Soars but Organizational Impact Stalls

 SAN FRANCISCO & AMSTERDAM -

Company-wide gains blocked by tool fragmentation and governance gaps; while workers continue to feel the strain of single-player AI and negative impact on wellbeing

(BUSINESS WIRE)--Miro®, the collaboration and context layer for the AI era, today released research exploring how AI is changing individual productivity and team performance. The survey of over 9,500 leaders and workers finds that while 83% of people believe that AI has improved their individual productivity at work, only 56% say that the quality of output has improved as a result of AI deployment.

Knowledge workers are individually more capable than ever with the majority now well beyond the ‘foundational stage’ of AI understanding and deployment - according to the Miro report ‘The State of Intelligent Collaboration’. But enterprise fragmentation caused by operational silos, misalignment, and AI governance challenges prevents turning individual gains into scaled business outcomes. Too often company culture favors a single-player approach to AI rather than a collaborative environment where teamwork and AI exist side-by-side.

The impact is not just measured by stalled organizational output. It is also felt by individual workers who bear the cognitive strain of when AI amplifies unproductive working practices instead of solving operational workflows. 55% are seeing an increase in ‘AI slop’ resulting in unnecessary rework, and nearly 1 in 10 say that decision making has become worse due to increased AI usage.

Key research findings:

AI has improved personal productivity, but not organizational gains

83% of workers report improved individual productivity with AI and 73% of respondents report that speed of output has increased as a result of AI.

However, despite these gains, only 56% said that this had translated to an improvement in the quality of output.

A majority said that AI had not led to an improvement in decision-making (52%) or collaboration between colleagues and teams (60%).

Nearly 1 in 10 said that decision making had declined as a consequence of AI.

Fragmentation and silos block organizational impact

69% of survey respondents said most AI-assisted work happens in private sessions rather than shared spaces.

49% of enterprises struggle with information silos; employees cannot access shared context across systems.

40% of leaders rate visibility into how AI is being used as poor or non-existent.

As many as 58% report compliance and security concerns without unified governance.

The cognitive toll on workers and their wellbeing

44% of workers report increased context switching in the past year.

59% report higher volume of AI-generated outputs to review; 55% cite increased ‘AI slop’ (low-quality AI-driven outputs) requiring additional human review and rework.

60% worry that role boundaries will blur; 47% fear related roles will merge.

44% report concern about declining collaboration culture; 1 in 5 say that work feels lonely due to increased AI usage.

“When speaking to our customers, I hear about gains in AI-driven productivity at the individual level,” said Dave Ross, Product Evangelist Leader at Miro. “But many of them find scaling these gains across the organization a challenge. Faster execution is definitely a benefit, but decision making and decision quality is the real bottleneck. What this research points to is the growing need for a place where AI and people can collaborate together to make those critical decisions, instead of in fragmented and disjointed individual single-player tools.”

Enterprise leaders are looking for an alternative approach that consolidates fragmented collaboration tools and connects siloed data. Gartner refers to these solutions as AI workhubs. The survey found that two-thirds of enterprise decision-makers plan to implement an AI workhub within 12 months. They recognize the needs for teams and AI agents to collaborate on shared work with complete context and full oversight.

Ross concludes: “With AI workhubs, teams and their agents have the context and shared understanding they need to make better decisions and turn decisions into faster execution and better outcomes.”

Notes to editors

About the research

Miro conducted an online survey of 9,500+ leaders and employees from cross-industry product development, IT, operations, and other functions based in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific to understand the current state and challenges of AI transformation at their companies, and their views on AI workhubs. The study began in September 2026 and was completed in October 2026.

Qorium Becomes Reyva as Cultivated Leather Company Moves Towards Commercial Scale

New identity signals the company’s evolution into a standalone material brand for luxury and automotive markets

Reyva develops real leather by cultivating bovine collagen from a small sample of animal cells.

The new brand brings together advanced biotechnology, leather expertise and a clearer luxury proposition.

The company’s team, technology, partnerships and commercial ambition continue under the new name.

(BUSINESS WIRE) -- Qorium, the company that develops cultivated real leather, today announces that it is becoming Reyva. The new name and identity mark its next stage: moving from a pioneering technology business towards a global material brand built for the exacting standards of the luxury leather sector.

Reyva grows collagen directly from animal cells and cultivates it through a proprietary process to create uniform sheets. The resulting material is then tanned to become real leather, made from the same natural material that gives conventional leather its strength, breathability and durability. It does so without the necessity of raising or slaughtering animals, and with dramatically reduced waste, water and energy demands compared with traditional leather production. Reyva’s process is designed to give brands greater control over thickness, structure, quality and traceability, while eliminating the variability and waste associated with animal hides.

The relaunch gives the company a more distinctive platform for commercial growth while preserving what sits at its core: advanced tissue engineering, deep leather knowledge and a commitment to creating a premium material that can work with established tanning, finishing and manufacturing processes.

The name Reyva brings together “RE,” inspired by reinventing leather, and “VA,” expressing forward movement. It also echoes rey, the Spanish word for “king,” offering a subtle nod to luxury. Reyva is pronounced RAY-vuh, with the emphasis on the first syllable “ray,” as in a ray of light.

“Reyva reflects the company we have become: ambitious, design-led and ready to stand alongside the world’s leading material brands,” said Michael Newton, CEO of Reyva. “Our science gives us a fundamentally new way to make real leather. Our next chapter is about turning that capability into a material that designers and manufacturers choose for its beauty, consistency and performance, as well as its sustainability credentials.”

Reyva’s platform begins with a small, painless biopsy. Selected cells are banked and multiplied before being cultivated in proprietary tissue bioreactors, where they form collagen sheets. These sheets are then tanned and finished using leather-industry craftsmanship and expertise. The material can be cut, stitched, embossed, tanned and finished, and can be engineered to meet the requirements of different applications.

The company is industrialising its process at the Brightlands Maastricht Health Campus in the Netherlands. It is working with selected partners in automotive and luxury fashion as it progresses from development to commercial volumes. Initial availability will be limited, with capacity increasing as the company scales.

“Leather is an extraordinary natural material, but its conventional production begins with the limits and variability of an animal hide,” said Dr Mark Post, co-founder and Chief Science Officer of Reyva. “By cultivating collagen in a controlled environment, we can preserve the qualities people value in leather while introducing a new level of precision, consistency and resource efficiency.”

An independent life-cycle assessment by CE Delft projects that Reyva’s cultivated leather could achieve an 87% lower carbon footprint than conventional cow-derived leather at full-scale production in 2029 using renewable electricity. The assessment calculated 10.5 kg CO₂-equivalent per square metre at the tannery gate, including finishing, compared with a benchmark of 77–83 kg CO₂-equivalent per square metre for conventional French calf leather. Reyva will continue to update its assessment as the process scales and primary data becomes available.

Reyva was founded by tissue-engineering pioneer Dr Mark Post, leather-industry expert Rutger Ploem who comes from a family of tanners spanning six generations, and sustainability entrepreneur Stef Kranendijk. The company is led by CEO Michael Newton and has raised €30 million to date, including a €22 million Series A announced in November 2025.
