A German student of Arabic origin, Roudaina Abdel Jawad, has chosen the Abu Dhabi Police Security Media Department as the best destination for practical training as a requirement for completing her undergraduate studies at German universities in the legal field.
Roudaina noted that she sought practical training to complete her undergraduate studies so as to identify distinguished practices in government work. “I chose the UAE for its reputation and global standing in areas of smart applications and rule of law, and for its prestigious ranking both regionally and internationally in most of the progressive indicators,” she said. Moreover, she indicated that she selected the Abu Dhabi Police Security Media Department for being the most advanced and effective media entity with a strong global presence given its multiple achievements; and its ability to deal with all media security issues and social phenomena that have emerged in the recent years with transparency.
In the wake of completing the month-long training period, she described her experience working amid the various branches and sections of the Security Media as “a rich experience that was full of activity and extremely beneficial”. She said that it enabled her to strengthen and to utilize her ideas and scientific theories by putting them into practice, thus further enhancing her capacity to pursue her undergraduate studies in Germany.
According to Major Fawaz Ali, Director of the Security Media Department at Abu Dhabi Police, the Abu Dhabi Police are keen to provide all facilities for students, and for those who wish to leverage the experience of the Security Media Department in managing governmental and institutional communications based on systematic media plans and visions. Furthermore, he praised the interest that many students, residents, and foreign nationals have in training within the Abu Dhabi Police departments due to its prestigious global stature.
Roudaina Abdel Jawad completed her training in the divisions, branches, and units of the Security Media Department, where she carried out multifaceted roles in the areas of media work. During her training, she was introduced to the modern devices and applications used by the Department in the various audio, visual, and print mass media, including modern media such as social media.
