The Research and Survey Center of the Strategy and Performance Development Directorate General at the Ministry of Interior conducted a survey to assess the satisfaction of both visitors and inmates of the Correctional and Punitive Establishments with the provided services.
The survey collected inmates’ opinion regarding the rehabilitation services, care, facilities, and correctional programs. It also measured visitors’ satisfaction with the service centers, communication channels, and complaints and suggestions program to advance work.
Colonel Mohammed Hamid bin Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, Strategy and Performance Development Director General at the Ministry of Interior, emphasized the commitment and vision of the higher leadership towards realizing high quality and excellence in the provision of all services to ensure customers’ satisfaction and happiness.
For his part, Major Dr. Omar Rashed Al Shehhi, Director of the Research and Survey Center at the Ministry of Interior, noted that such surveys are necessary to identify the key factors that affect inmates or visitors’ satisfaction. They are also instrumental and help in providing communication channels with the targeted category in order to enable them to deliver their developmental ideas, to be ultimately implemented for the benefit of all.
