The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners’ Affairs in Abu Dhabi organized the first Customer Service Forum for 2016 under the slogan “Your Happiness is Our Goal.” The Forum that was held at the Emirates Institute of Naturalization and Residency was attended by Colonel Salem Al Ameri, Deputy Director of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, and a number of officers and customers.
The Forum aims at enhancing the directorate’s social partnership with customers and listening to their comments and suggestions to develop the services offered to the public. It also aims to acquaint customers with the variety of services provided by the directorate and the latest developments related to its work processes.
Colonel Al Ameri assured that customers’ satisfaction is a strategic goal that the directorate seeks to achieve by implementing the best practices and procedures to provide high quality services that exceed customers’ expectations.
