PSAV to Acquire Staging Connections Group Limited

(BUSINESS WIRE) -- PSAV announced today that it has signed an agreement to purchase Staging Connections Group Limited (Staging Connections), a leading audiovisual and event specialist company headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Staging Connections enjoys a strong presence in Australia, Singapore, China, Fiji, and New Zealand. The Parties anticipate closing the transaction during the fourth quarter of this year, subject to Staging Connections shareholder approval and closing conditions.

Staging Connections has been creating unforgettable events for nearly 30 years and is known as the event technology leader in their markets with solutions that include staging, styling, event theming, set design, multimedia and more. They have more than 750 dedicated event professionals working in 100 locations at over 75 hotels, leading venues, and convention centers.
