(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Acelity announced today that Greg Kayata has been named Senior Vice President, Human Resources, effective immediately. Greg replaces David Lillback, who announced earlier this year he will retire in November.
In this role, Greg will be responsible for creating a globalized HR function focused on identifying and retaining the top talent needed for successful geographic expansion and achievement of our growth and technology goals. In addition, Greg will play a critical role in promoting the Acelity culture worldwide while focusing on employee development, engagement and communication in order to position the company for continued success in the marketplace.

Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Providence College and a master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of New Haven.
