Abu Dhabi Police Attract Citizens to Bani Yas Job Fair

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - Friday, December 12th 2014 [ME NewsWire]

The Selection and Recruitment Department at the Directorate General of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Police organized a job fair at the Bawabat Al Sharq Mall in Bani Yas, in a bid to attract male and female citizens, holders of High School and Secondary School Certificates, wishing to work for Abu Dhabi Police.

Major Sultan Al Shamesi, Chief of the Polarization Section at the Selection and Recruitment Department, revealed that the two-day job fair at Bawabat Al Sharq Mall aims at attracting citizens and providing them with suitable work  opportunities. “The job fair represents an appropriate opportunity for parents and young people to get acquainted with the work opportunities and benefits at the different departments of Abu Dhabi Police. The job fair attracted a significant number of young people interested in working in the policing and security field,” he said. Adding further, he noted that the Selection and Recruitment Department team provided attendees with an overview of  the ways and mechanisms for enrolling at Abu Dhabi Police and distributed explanatory brochures about policing, which includes military and civilian work.
