On Wednesday, the Al Ain Police Directorate participated in the open day activities that were organized by the Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs, and represented by the Al Wagan Police Station. The activities were held with the participation of a number of local entities ad private companies at Al Wagan Parks and Recreation.
The participation at the open day included several shows and messages of awareness directed to children and their families. The directorate also urged for the public to cooperate with the police.
The Al Ain Police welcomed the visitors and highlighted the services provided by the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters (GHQ) to the public in its pavilion and in the accompanying exhibition throughout the event. The Directorate additionally discussed the services provided by the GHQ that cater specifically to individuals with special needs, answered the queries of the public, and distributed awareness brochures and pamphlets.
The Directorate’s pavilion witnessed a remarkably vast turnout of families and visitors, of whom had also expressed their admiration for the services provided by the Al Ain Police. Such participation of the Directorate is in pursuance of the strategy and objectives of the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ to communicate with all segments of society throughout various occasions.
