ADP Calls Upon the Public to Yield for Stopping Bus Drivers

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Sunday, January 4th 2015 [ME NewsWire]

The Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, represented by the Transport Police Department, calls upon the motorists to yield for bus drivers as they stop at their designated stops in order to facilitate the movement of traffic on the roads of Abu Dhabi.

These remarks will be included in the radio address by Colonel Tariq Al Ghoul, Head of the Transport Police Department at Abu Dhabi Police, which will be broadcasted live on Monday. The address falls within the framework of the ’Security Glances’ Campaign organized by the Radio Branch at the Security Media Department, the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.

Colonel Al Ghoul said: “The cooperation of motorists and their compliance with the traffic systems and laws illustrates their cultured participation to society and facilitates the flow of traffic on the roads of Abu Dhabi.
