While Visiting the Special Security Forces GHQ in Seeh Al Mahab

Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior, stressed the Ministry's keenness to keep abreast of developments in order to maintain national gains; as well as its commitment to cater to all police GHQs and departments’ financial and human needs at the countrywide level, in a bid enable them to carry out their duties and tasks effectively and efficiently. “The Ministry also strives to develop all police GHQs and departments’ main infrastructure and upgrade the competencies of their staff members through professional training, in response to the directives of Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior,” added Lt. General Al Sha’far.
These remarks were made by Lt. General Al Sha’far during his inspection visit to the Special Security Forces GHQ at Seeh Al Mahab in the city of Al Dhaid in Sharjah. Lt. General Al Sha’far was greeted upon arrival by Colonel Staff Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Hajiri, Commander of the Special Security Forces; Colonel Staff Dr. Ali Salim Al Tunaiji, Deputy Commander of Special Security Forces; along with security units’ commanders and a number of officers from the Special Security Forces.
During a meeting with the Commander of the Special Security Forces, Lt. General Al Sha’far discussed several topics related to work development at the Special Security Forces GHQ, with a view to catering to all of the work requirements and overcoming any potential obstacles. This would allow the GHQ to carry out its tasks and duties to the fullest.
Following the meeting, H.E the Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior toured the headquarters’ compound and reviewed the workflow at the Force 5 Department new Operations Room’ building. Moreover, Lt. General Al Sha’far inspected the new federal prison building, where he reviewed the workflow and latest achievements. He also visited the location allocated for the new training center that will be built behind the shooting range at the Special Security Force GHQ. In conclusion, Lt. General Al Sh’afar expressed his admiration for the achievements made by the Special Security Forces; urging all entities to pursue the high-end performance across the GHQ’s various departments and sections.
